Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
A refund will be issued via your preferred method (e.g., bank transfer) within 5 to 10 business days
For cash-on-delivery orders, you will be contacted to provide refund details
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
